Delivery

Every order ships tracked, insured and signature required. Jewellery is not something we leave on a doorstep.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same afternoon. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves us.

How long it takes

Carrier estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, weather and regional runs all add time.

What it costs

Signature on delivery

Because of what's in the parcel, everything requires a signature. Nothing is left unattended, and no authority to leave can be added to an order.

If nobody's home, the carrier will take it to your nearest collection point and leave a card. Most people find it easier to have orders sent to a work address or a parcel locker.

Packaging and gifting

• 01 Everything arrives boxed. Each piece comes in a presentation box, ready to give as it is.
• 02 Discreet outer packaging. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside or where it came from.
• 03 Prices removed on request. Sending it straight to someone? Note it at checkout and we'll leave the invoice out.
• 04 On your statement the charge appears as LUXURY JEWELS

Your address

Please check it carefully at checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can't redirect it, and anything returned to us because of an incorrect address will need to be re-sent at your cost.

If something goes wrong

Late, damaged in transit, or marked delivered when it isn't? Send us your order number and we'll handle it. Every parcel is insured, so you are not out of pocket while we sort it with the carrier.
